The role will join a dedicated team of engineers that provides 24x7 Network pro-active monitoring and incident support to Defence Deployed Networks globally. This support includes the identification of root cause and resolution of all priority incidents such that the impact to our customer is minimised and our contractual requirements are exceeded. To continually improve troubleshooting skills and the mastery of fault diagnostic tools used in the support and maintenance of these systems.
Building your own path to success:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Troubleshooting, incident management and change management disciplines are essential.
- Substantial knowledge of network and firewall technologies, and other related services.
- Personal and communication skills are essential as negotiation with other Fujitsu support groups and Defence ICT Service Providers are required.
- Documentation & Procedure Maintenance skills would be an advantage.
- Minimum NV1 Security Clearance with ability to uplift to NV2

Fujitsu complies with government legislation in various jurisdictions which in certain circumstances may impose a requirement that certain workers be vaccinated against COVID-19 (or otherwise have a valid exemption). Also, for client facing roles, many of our customers require our staff to be vaccinated to attend their workplaces.
